02. When you fill out the form to join, please include your real first name, email address, and country.

03. A website is not required to join the fanlisting. If you do have a website (or blog, or journal), please take a code, save it to your computer, upload it to your own server (no direct linking!), and link back to this fanlisting. Don't want to use a code? A text link will do the job nicely. :)

04. Pretty please, if you plan on submitting a link to a porn site, anti-Ethan site, or a site with illegal tendencies, it is requested that you leave the URL field on the form blank. Thanks. :)

05. If you need to change any of your information, please use the information update form. Don't forget to include your member number, which can be found on the list of fans page. :)
